Thanks for sharing this, I live in Oklahoma so I wouldn’t be able to get this, do you think they would consider shipping some to me or do you know how I can get some of the flour to try it out.

The pastries all look amazing but the ingredient list is disappointing: all starches & white flour. We’ll be sticking with King Arthur & other GF flours mixes with more nutrition.
