About 5 years ago the travel bug bit me and I haven't looked back. When planning a vacation, a large part of my planning is finding restaurants with gluten-free options. I make a Google map for each city I am visiting with restaurants, health food stores, and even pubs that serve gluten-free beer all clearly marked. Overlay this with my itinerary for sightseeing and I can easily plan a vacation. I was very worried about traveling to Italy last year, but it was probably one of my best vacations ever thanks to my pre-planning. Good luck with your trip to Florida and enjoy!
