Welcome back!
So glad to hear all is well. You are certainly allowed to share as much or as little as you are comfortable with. Rock on with your nachos!

Hello! Just found your podcast and thanks so much for doing it. I was diagnosed in 1977, I was 16, and it was a nightmare trying to be GF. I was in junior ROTC wanting to go into the military, but not w/ celiac. I sure wish the awareness and products had been around back then. You know,in a way I almost don’t want to purchase Chex or Betty Crocker. Where were they for the last 30 years? Companies like DeBoles, Bob’s Red Mill and Pamela’s made an effort to be GF way before celiac was finally acknowlged by the larger corporations. Well, that’s my rant to a fellow celiac. I look forward to hearing more of your podcasts!
Sincerely, David in Augusta GA.

Hi Maureen – welcome back. I just wanted to tell you that it is great that you are working through things (though you don’t need me to tell you that) and taking care of yourself.

Glad you’re back Maureen. Your podcast is definitely one of the helpful things I’ve relied on since I was diagnosed.
And I definitely understand about “interesting” childhoods.
Good luck and take care.
