OMG! I had tears in my eyes while listening to Episode 8 and I'm not sure if they were from laughing or crying... I think I was doing both. I'm right there with you on the poop thing. It took me 8 years to be diagnosed and by then, it seemed like I was in the bathroom 1/2 of every day. After being gluten free for a year I'm so much better, practically normal, however, I'm also obsessed with my condition... and secretly worried that this wonderful normality is just a fluke and all of my issues will come back, (although I know they won't as long as I stay gluten free). I can't tell you how great it is to hear somebody else talk about these things.

Hi, Maureen! We met at PodCamp Philly a few weeks ago, and I've been listening to your podcast since then. I don't have celiac disease, but I do have a pretty restrictive case of irritable bowel syndrome. I completely understand your frustrations with being able to find things to eat while out. Being a vegetarian that can't eat raw fruits and veggies or soy or chickpeas or anything high in fat is sooo frustrating when out and about. *HUGS*
