I love your Podcasts, I totaly agree with you on your bread selections. I have been celiac 12 years and those are the best! What I do with the Bob's Red Mill bread is put it in my bread machine on the dough cycle, then transfer to a loaf pan I got from Macy's, that is a little longer than most, and bake 30 min. Then I divide it into two and slice it when cool and put into gallon size ziplock bags and into the freezer. It is best fresh baked but I have 4 kids who are all gluten free, they can just grab 2 slices and put into the toaster for a sandwich. As for the Sub sandwich that KeiferB misses, I get gluten free pantry's french bread mix, this makes a great french dip bread! or a sub

Great second show, and I may even break down a great a bread maker, although I really like the convenience of the premade breads, and love toast. The only bread product I really miss is having a submarine sandwich.
